" Greetings!

I am Edith Rose Santos, Director of Nursing of Philippine Paramedical and Technical School - Cebu Inc.(PPTS). We were established in Cebu City on June 2005 in response to the growing demand for Nurses and Paramedical specialists in the United States and other parts of the world. Our aim is to provide excellent educational, training and professional opportunities for Filipinos and other nationals in the various levels of nursing competence recognized in the global community.....

PPTS is the first Philippine educational institution to offer the Practical Nursing Program in the country. Similarly, it is also the first school to offer a ladderized PN to ASN-RN course. The PPTS Practical Nursing (PN) and Applied Science in Nursing-Registered Nurse (ASN-RN) Programs exceed similar programs in the United States with enhancements in language, nursing jurisprudence and extensive hands-on clinical exposure to provide a well-rounded training experience unequalled by any similar course, local or foreign. The delivery of its course material is patterned after U.S. standards and is conducted fully in English. PPTS is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines – Cebu Chapter. Its programs are registered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the regulatory agency for all technical and vocational courses in the Philippines.

Through your organization, we would like to invite our kababayans out there who may wish to study in Cebu. Our PN program is composed of 15 months of course work and related learning experience. Upon graduation they have the option to review and write the NCLEX –PN or proceed for another 9 months of course work for the ASN level. After graduation, they have the option again to write the NCLEX-RN or proceed to the Baccalaureate level at two of our partner schools, the Southwestern University and the Salazar Institute of Technology and College of Sciences.

For more info, please visit www.pptscebu.com or www.tesda.gov.ph.

Thank you and God bless!

Mrs. Edith Santos
Director of Nursing "
