CONGRATULATIONS! Winners of the FILAMCLUB's 2011 Grand Raffle 50/50 Cash Off-Premise went to Jay Higgins and Rhea Burgos both of Neptune, NJ. Hooray! Mabuhay! The video shows the high school and grade school students of Comon, Tabaco City, in the province of Albay, Philippines - the recipient of the FILAMCLUB's third educational scholarship. It has been three years since the Club started supporting the Comon kids. The video was taken in April 2008 by one of the members of the Club. Indeed, the Club is grateful for the continued support of it members, patronages, benefactors, and friends. Yearly, the Club usually hold its 50/50 Off-Premise Cash Raffle to achieve its support to the kids. Feel free to comment regarding the video; its 19.5 minutes long. Enjoy!
